Buying a footstool is probably one of the best investments you could ever make. The simple fact is that we all work hard, play hard, go to the gym (well, all right, not all of us do that one), walk the dog, dig the garden, or whatever, and there comes a time at the end of the day when you deserve to relax and put your feet up.
Quite literally. Lie back in your favourite armchair or on the sofa and put your feet up on a footstool. At long last, you can rest those weary legs. And why not? You deserve it.
